ICDM merupakan suatu bentuk tindaklanjut kerjasama UPGRIS dengan beberapa mitra seperti DV-X\u03b1 Society Japan (ketua: Prof. Yoshiyuki Kowada, Hyogo Universityof Teacher Education, Japan) MOU tanggal 7 Agustus 2018, Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan (diwakili oleh Prof. Kazuyoshi Ogasawara) MOU tanggal 29 Juni 2018, Kobe University, Japan (diwakili oleh Prof. Harumi Sato) MOU tanggal 18 Januari 2018, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang, Indonesia MOU tanggal 29 Mei 2019 dan Universitas PGRI Madiun, Indonesia MOU tanggal 8 Agustus 2019.
