Lembaga Penelian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS) gelar Webinar Pembekalan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Membangun Desa, Selasa (11/8/2020).

 

Adapun acara Webinar secara studio yang digelar di ruang seminar gedung pusat lantai 2 UPGRIS jalan Sidodadi Timur Nomor 24 Semarang bertema “Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Berbasis KKN Menyongsong Merdeka Belajar”. Rektor UPGRIS, Dr Muhdi menjelaskan, bahwa kegiatan kali ini merupakan kerjasama UPGRIS, Kemendikbud, Kemendesa, dan BNPB. “Kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk Dharma ketiga yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Mampu memberikan pencerahan atau inspirasi untuk melaksanakan KKN tematik di desa masing-masing,” ujarnya dalam keterangan. Muhdi menambahkan, jika UPGRIS telah melaksanakaan KKN tematik sudah hampir 10 tahun serta dipilih sesuai dengan perkembangan. Untuk itu mahasiswa harus mempertimbangkan pula kesehatan serta persiapan di tengah pandemi ini. “KKN UPGRIS selama ini lebih banyak tematik pemberdayaan masyarakat di Jawa tengah,” imbuh Rektor. Sementara itu, Kepala Pusat PPM dan KKN LPPM UPGRIS,  Arisul Ulumuddin, M.Pd menjelaskan KKN T tahun ini akan dilaksanakan 17 Agustus hingga 17 September 2020. Pelaporan dan Seminar Sharing dilaksanakan minggu 3 dan 4 September 2020. Mahasiswa sejumlah 1218 yang terbagi menjadi 103 kelompok dari 21 Prodi dengan DPL KKN T sejumlah 45b DPL KKN T Mahasiwa berasal dari penjuru Provinsi di Indonesia: seluruh Kab/Kota Prov Jateng, Bangka Barat, Belitung Timur, Bengkulu Selatan, Jaya Wijaya, Karawang, Waringin Barat, Lampung, Jambi, Jakarta, Palangaraya, Batam, NTT, Aceh,”katanya.
